The location is wonderful! Perfect spot in downtown Miami overlooking the water! The beds were comfy with plenty of pillows, very inviting! The room was clean, spacious, and quiet. A breakfast buffet was included and provided continental favorites along with eggs and sausage.

I really didn't find much wrong with the hotel. It's an older building that could use some updates. The faucet in the shower was difficult to turn on, and it would've been real nice to have a balcony to enjoy the views. But, I really wouldn't let a lack of balconies deter my stay.

Good value for money but needs to improve breakfast.

Location is very convenient - from the hotel you can get anywhere easily, even Miami Beach. Beds are super comfortable and having a fridge and a microwave in the room was nice.

Front desk staff were not talkative at all, you had to drag every information out of them. Breakfast was the weakest I have ever experienced in my life, so much so we had to bring our own to compliment. The bed was not made once in our four night stay.

Ok location but dark and unsafe looking for people walking on foot after dark.

Spacious room and bathroom with great lighting, clean and adequate breakfast. Good location

A good hotel for a few days on business trip

The hotel overall was good. It has a good view. The bedroom is really huge, it has a lot of space, and the bed was very very comfy. I had to work and take many calls, and although for some moments the wifi didn’t work correctly, most of the times I didn’t have any problems

The people staying there were really noisy and always complaining about something. One of the members of the staff told me that the hotel opened one month ago, and the breakfast was cancelled because of covid. They only gave me a muffin every morning, a juice and coffee. I really was waiting for a better breakfast. The pool was also closed, because of covid. My room was heading directly to the terrace where the AC motors where located, so some of the times it got a bit noicy

The breakfast is was no breakfast when we when down to the lobby we ask a staff we’re is the breakfast she told is the coffee and you choose muffins or granola and the coffee was empty for the price I paid is was not worth . If you promotion breakfast offer . But is was nothing other customers was complaining . For me I will not stay there

Good location that is it.

Location and the beds were comfortable.

We got there and the toilet didn’t flush. We told front desk hoping to come back and it be fixed. It worked one time and than didn’t work again. So for a whole night we had to manually flush the toilet. Who wants to smell the bathroom all night. Nobody. Than the valet parking wasn’t available and we came from Wisconsin to visit. They gave us a room by the traffic and vacation is supposed to be relaxing. Not listen to the freeway all night.

Proximity to everything is great. Front desk agents were friendly and efficient. View from room window was great.

Masks not enforced several guests moving about without them signs suggest they be worn in shared space but not enforced. Friday night wait for valet 45 minutes. Poor valet guy running around but felt more comfortable dealing with him as the female valet attendant wore no mask and moved from one customer to another customer with out a mask. I was not comfortable with her getting in my car to park it after that. We opted to wait the 45 minutes for the gentleman to retrieve our car because it seemed like the safer option. Free breakfast looked like a kids snack pack consisting of an off brand nutra grain bar an apple and cafeteria style cup of juice. Coffee was tasty.

Big but.....

The room was huge which was a great plus for the price and the bathroom was big and beautiful. We managed to sleep 7 people comfortably in a double queen room with a pull out couch

Our room was dark without enough lighting. When i called the front desk they said there was nothing they could do. The next morning they told me i should have called i told them i did and nothing was done about it. Cable was dish and it was absolutely horrible there was nothing available to watch. There at least 2 flies in the room, and breakfast was a to go bag with either fruit and a granola bar or fruit with a muffin. Parking is $25 a night and you don't even pay with the hotel it's a separate company which is a little fishy to me

The parking is HORRIBLE! When I went to check into my room I was told by the valet guy he had no more space and that to figure it out. In Miami there are meters everywhere and the max time allowed at a meter is only 3 hours! I was freaking out bcuz I had already paid for the room and yet I had no where to park my car and when I went to talk to the front desk about where I can park she told me that it was up to valet and then I told her what he had said and she said I don’t know then. Downtown Miami at night didn’t seem very safe so it was very stressful then after an hour the valet guy finally gave in and said he would park my car somewhere it was a stressful night bcuz I had no idea where he parked the car which was a rental and I was scared of someone breaking into it or stealing it and then I would be stuck with those charges. Other than the parking situation the room itself was nice with a nice view just wished they would clean their windows so the outside view would have been more beautiful to see
